**Group HR Executive / Manager**

**Role Overview**

As Group HR Executive you will oversee HR operations across all Greencare branches. You’ll be responsible not just for managing day-to-day HR tasks, but also for shaping HR strategy, ensuring compliance, enhancing employee engagement, and building capability throughout the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan workforce needs & manpower forecasting across all branches; manage turnover analysis and succession planning.
- Drive recruitment & onboarding: ensure branches are staffed appropriately, job descriptions are accurate, hiring cycles are efficient.
- Administer payroll, attendance & leave, ensuring consistency and accuracy across branches.
- Benchmark compensation & benefits: ensure our packages are competitive, fair, and aligned with market norms.
- Manage performance appraisal processes, promotions, reward & recognition schemes, and performance improvement plans.
- Identify training & development needs; coordinate internal & external training; manage claims/grants (e.g. HRD Corp).
- Monitor HR metrics/KPIs: turnover, engagement, time-to-hire, training hours etc., and produce reports for senior management.
- Ensure all branches comply with Malaysian labour law, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and other statutory requirements; handle grievances/disciplines.
- Maintain HRIS and accurate employee records; use data to inform strategy and decisions.
- Support culture & employee engagement: internal communications, employee feedback mechanisms, organizing events.
- Prepare and manage HR budgets: recruitment, training, benefits costs etc.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
- Min 3 years HR experience, preferably in a multi-site/group environment.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws, industrial relations, statutory compliance.
- Skilled in data analysis to track HR metrics; comfortable with HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel across branches when required.
- Integrity, confidentiality, adaptability, and the ability to operate both strategically & hands-on.
