**Key Responsibilities**

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers based on provided lead lists.

Introduce company services, highlight benefits, and handle initial queries.

Schedule appointments for the sales team or provide leads to relevant departments.

Provide daily/weekly reports on call performance and lead conversion rates.

**Requirements**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A confident and persuasive phone manner.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,100.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
