**Key Responsibilities**
- **Financial Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow statements to support decision-making.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Background**: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in the e-commerce industry.
- Familiarity with e-commerce financial workflows, such as online payment processing, marketplace fees, and reconciliation.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations and payroll systems.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- **Time Management**: Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
