Job Responsibilities:

- Execute order fulfillments to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.
- Handle operational fulfillments on eCommerce platforms.
- Manage and respond to customer queries on platforms and across social media accounts.
- Focus on improving Customer Experience (CX) across platforms with attention to key metrics such as Customer Response Times, Dispute Resolution, and Number of Tickets.
- Maintain eCommerce platforms.
- Manage product listings, uploads, and periodic housekeeping.
- Manage individual shops on marketplaces and websites.
- Expand and optimize online platforms.
- Extract insights from platform data to identify and address pain points.
- Conduct monthly reporting on performance and insights.
- Test and measure marketing communications, including targeting, messaging, and creatives.
- Work with creatives on the execution of marketing materials.
- Assist the team in marketing-related functions.
- Optimize and execute marketplace and digital ads.
- Assist in eCommerce campaigns and improve pain points.
- Execute monthly EDM plans.
- Assist with marketing efforts and ad hoc tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce or related fields.
- Strong customer focus and dedication to improving the customer journey on company platforms.
- Ability to compile product information and assist in the product listing process.
- Experience in campaign reporting and marketing efforts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and data analysis tools.
- Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
