HR/admin Executive

**Job Overview**:
The HR and Admin is responsible for managing all human resource functions and general administration tasks, including office operations, claims handling, and support to both staff and management. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth organizational processes and compliance with company policies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Human Resources:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment: job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Manage employee onboarding and exit processes.
- Track attendance, leaves, and prepare payroll inputs.
- Facilitate performance appraisals and training programs.
- Ensure HR policies are implemented and followed.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and handling grievances.
Administration:
- Handle daily office administration and facilities management.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and service contracts.
- Manage internal and external correspondence and filing systems.
- Organize meetings, company events, and travel arrangements.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government offices.
- Process employee claims such as travel, medical, or expense reimbursements accurately and on time.
- Verify supporting documents and ensure compliance with claim policies.
- Maintain records and reports related to claims for audit and internal purposes.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
