**Job Summary**

An **Admin** (Administrative Assistant) is responsible for performing a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks to ensure efficient daily operations. This includes handling office communication, maintaining records, assisting management account, and supporting various departments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support office operations.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems (physical & digital).
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and company activities.
- Manage office inventory and order supplies when necessary.
- Support HR and Accounts functions such as attendance, claims, and reports.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organized.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to handle confidential information responsibly.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Basic accounting or HR knowledge is an advantage.

**Working Environment**
- Office-based position (typical 9am-6pm work hours).
- Works closely with management and departments.
- May assist with events, meetings, and company activities. (If any)
