We are looking for a **hands-on and proactive F&B Operation Executive / Supervisor** to join our team This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about food & beverage operations and enjoys a dynamic work environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day F&B operations across our site restaurants in **Melaka**, **Cameron Highlands**, and **Kuala Lumpur**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and support the daily F&B operations at all site locations, ensuring high standards in service, food quality, hygiene, and customer experience.
- Coordinate with on-site teams to maintain smooth operations and resolve any operational challenges.
- Work closely with chefs, outlet managers, and service teams to improve menu offerings, workflow, and service delivery.
- Monitor stock levels, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure consistency and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct site visits regularly to ensure compliance with company SOPs and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of F&B staff.
- Prepare and present operational and sales reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably with multi-outlet or hotel experience.
- Required to be proficient in Mandarin to meet business needs; knowledge of English and Malay is an added advantage.
- Must have a car and be willing to travel to Cameron Highlands, Melaka and Kuala Lumpur, including overnight stays when necessary (Travelling allowance will be provided).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and adapt to different working environments.
- Strong monitoring, reporting and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
