Job Description

Rockwell Automation is hiring

We are looking for a Business Lead - Electrical Components to be based in our Puchong, Malaysia office. You will report to Manager, Intelligent Devices, Southeast Asia. This is a hybrid role.

You will be a technical resource for Cubic products specifically. You are able to articulate capability and benefits of the portfolio when involved in product-centric pursuits.

Your Responsibilities:

- Responsible for commercial & marketing support for Cubic product in SEA region.
- Provide information to support management of the business to all levels
- Ensure regional selling resources maintain the appropriate competencies across assigned products and services
- Plan and implement commercial programs related to product responsibility.
- Define and explain product differentiators and values versus competition
- Have knowledge of competitor’s strategy, further define competitive differentiators.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars and similar marketing activities to increase awareness of Cubic offerings
- Provide product gap and development feedback to appropriate department.
- Collaborate and share insights with regional peers

The Essentials - You Will Have:

- Bachelor’ degree in Electrical engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales or product management within the Electrical equipment, Main Distribution Board, Switchboard, Motor Control Centers (MCCs) sectors.
- Experience with Motor Control Centers, LV/MV electrical systems and related equipment such as switchgear, drives and control systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards (such as IEC-61439, IEC-61641, UL891, UL 508 and ANSI) and regulatory requirements for MCCs

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

- Experience working with consultants, contractors, panel builders and end-users in the Power, O&G, Semiconductor, Infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors
