Key Responsibilities
- Teaching: Deliver effective and engaging Business Studies, Economics & Accounting lessons for Year 10 to Year 11 students.
- Curriculum Planning: Develop schemes of work and lesson plans that align with school standards and student needs.
- Instructional Strategies: Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Assessment & Reporting: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate with the Academic Head and parents as needed.
- Professional Growth: Stay current with teaching best practices and the integration of technology in the classroom.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English is essential.
- Tech Savvy: Confident in using digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
- Examination Experience: Familiar with preparing students for assessments in line with the IGCSE curriculum.

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Studies, Economics & Accounting, Teaching, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Multilingual ability is a plus. Must be proficient in technology and comfortable delivering digital presentations.
- Attributes: Committed, proactive, compassionate, and innovative.
