Job summary:
TCOE Quality / Process Assurance - this is the governance role (setting up the processes)looking for someone with experience working in setting-up test processes and implementing best practices to join our dynamic team and embark on a journey where you will be empowered to perform independently as an SME. You will actively participate in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with global quality, process improvement, and delivery teams to define learning requirements
- Establish quality methodologies and educate organization-wide on quality processes
- Oversee compliance audits, issue resolution, and provide quality assurance approvals
- Experienced in E2E Test processes
- Identify gaps in existing Test Processes and implement Best Practices
- Test Metrics - define, implement and track
- Documentation compliance tracking
- Managing QR deployments - tracking on time deployments
- Co-ordination with Test Program Managers / Test Managers for implementing Testing progress
- Publishing dashboards and highlighting any test delivery delays
Additional Info:

- This role is not just about following a checklist but also to govern/guide the teams with right processes
- Be aware of industry best practices in Software Testing
- Good to have working experience on MSA, MSOW & Work Orders
- Hands on experience working with third party vendors
- Advanced proficiency in Quality Management

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
