'¢ Dapat menhasilkan dekorasi kek dengan pantas dan boleh menguruskan susunan tekanan kerja dengan baik. '¢ Memastikan stok barangan kek dan kek mencukupi dan tempahan disiapkan seperti keperluan pelanggan dan premis '¢ Memastikan meja kerja & peralatan kerja, tempat penyimpanan stok bahan & stok kek sentiasa diuruskan dengan baik & bersih serta kemas tersusun. '¢ Bertanggungjawab melatih ahli pasukan baru & lama. '¢ Menyediakan stok pastry creampuff dan cheese tart dan lain-lain seperti mana permintaan pelanggan dan premis '¢ Membantu team department lain bila diperlukan.
