**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise kitchen, service, and delivery operations during assigned shifts.
- Manage daily crew scheduling, attendance, and task delegation.
- Enforce food preparation SOP, quality standards, and customer service protocols.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and report incidents to the manager.
- Monitor hygiene and cleanliness across all areas (kitchen, counter, toilets, store).
- Verify POS reports, daily cash collection, and order transactions.
- Conduct daily stock checks and ensure efficient stock usage (FIFO).
- Execute proper shift handover with written notes to the next supervisor/manager.
- Train and orient new staff on SOP, grooming, and responsibilities.
- Address conflicts among staff and escalate serious issues to management.
- Respond to emergencies and authority visits (KKM, MBSJ) calmly and document details.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B or retail preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work weekends, night shifts (until 2:30 AM), and public holidays.
- Able to multitask under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Must be punctual, professional, and able to enforce discipline fairly.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (basic English an advantage).
