**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**UI Design**:
1. Create visually appealing and consistent user interfaces based on design principles and branding guidelines.

2. Develop interactive and responsive web and mobile interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

3. Collaborate with graphic designers and other stakeholders to integrate visual elements into the user interface.

**UX Design**:
1. Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

2. Develop user personas, user flows, and wireframes to communicate design ideas.

3. Work closely with product managers and development teams to ensure alignment between user needs and business goals.

**Prototyping and Testing**:
1. Build interactive prototypes for user testing and feedback.

2. Conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.

3. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.

**Collaboration**:
1. Collaborate with developers to implement and integrate UI/UX designs into the final product.

2. Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to cross-functional teams.

3. Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.

**Continuous Learning**:
1. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

2. Share knowledge and contribute to the growth of the design team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer, UI Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and prototyping.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Design, Human-Computer Interaction) or equivalent work experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
