Parking Asisstant

Job Description '¢Inspects on car park service machinery and devices, and reports any malfunction for it to be repaired. '¢Replenishes car park tickets/coins/cards at entry stations to ensure that they are well stocked. '¢Assists in directing the flow of traffic during peak periods. '¢Provides information and assistance to customers who have queries or are experiencing any difficulty (e.g., lost or faulty parking ticket). '¢Monitors the security of the car park via CCTV and by carrying out patrol duties. '¢Administers first aid to customers, if qualified and when necessary. Job Specification '¢Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. '¢Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia. '¢Prior experience in car park operations would be an added advantage. '¢Capacity to work in shifts and able to work during weekend & Public Holidays, 6 working days. '¢Demonstrates ability to work in a team.
