Office Administrator ~ 3 Person
- Provides administrative assistance to Customer Services Team
- Serves as a backup to Customer Service Team members
- Able to handle paper work, filling, phone calls, computer literate and customer centric
- Manages daily incoming/outgoing parts inventory and file records for further reference
- Check physical condition of the parts and make sure no damage for incoming/outgoing parts
- Handles engineer's part return process flow and make sure parts return in time manner
