**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and guide the store team to ensure smooth daily operations and high standards of service.
- Assist the Store Manager in planning, implementing, and monitoring store procedures and policies.
- Ensure proper inventory management including stock receiving, transfers, returns, and stock accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure appropriate stock replenishment.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor cashier and sales floor performance, ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
- Enforce visual merchandising and product display standards as per company guidelines.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
