We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented **Embryologist** to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary**:
As an **Embryologist**, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients with their fertility journey by performing advanced laboratory procedures related to **in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), embryo culture, cryopreservation, and other assisted reproductive technologies (ART)**. You will work closely with fertility specialists, andrologists, and lab technicians to ensure the highest standards of patient care and laboratory excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **IVF laboratory procedures**, including oocyte retrieval, sperm preparation, fertilization checks, embryo grading, and embryo transfer.
- Conduct **ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection)** and other micromanipulation techniques.
- Handle **cryopreservation (vitrification) of oocytes, sperm, and embryos**.
- Monitor **embryo development and maintain optimal culture conditions**.
- Ensure strict adherence to **quality control, laboratory protocols, and regulatory standards**:

- Maintain accurate **patient records and laboratory documentation**.
- Participate in **research, training, and continuous improvement** of laboratory techniques.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient treatment plans.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Biological Sciences, Embryology, or a related field.
- Minimum **2-3 years of hands-on experience** in an IVF/ART laboratory.
- Proficiency in **IVF, ICSI, vitrification. Embryo biopsy skill is an advantage**:

- Strong **attention to detail, analytical skills, and manual dexterity**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, high-pressure environment**.
