**Responsibility/Activity**
- **Improve our payments capability and pricing**:Source, develop and maintain local PSP partner relationships.
- **Funding and Transactions Oversight**:Manage and oversee all client account funding and withdrawal activities, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, securely, and within required timeframes.
- **Process Optimization**:Continuously evaluate and improve funding procedures, aiming to reduce transaction times, enhance client satisfaction, and minimize potential errors or delays.
- **Reporting and Monitoring**:Generate and review reports on transaction volumes, funding trends, and compliance metrics, using these insights to optimize operations and maintain accountability.

**Skills Profile**

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Ideally, 1 year of experience leading funding (payments) or similar teams.
- Ideally, 1 year of experience in Forex CFDs.
- Demonstrate strong people leadership and development skills
- Demonstrate a strong KPI KRI driven production skills
- Demonstrate ability to drive PSP costs down as volumes grow
- Demonstrate ability to work with PSPs and IT teams to ensure fast PSP implementation
- Demonstrate ability to quicky identify and adapt to local payment market changes and provide solutions to ensure that we are always able to meet client demand
- **Willing to commit to rotational shifts up to midnight and weekend shifts.**:

- **Willing to work on a hybrid work arrangement based in Damansara.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,250.00 per month
