**SKOP KERJA**:
**1. ADMINISTRATION**
- Menguruskan dokumen rasmi, fail, surat-menyurat, dan rekod syarikat secara sistematik (fizikal & digital).
- Menguruskan pelbagai tugasan admin dan support kepada jabatan yang lain.
- Person in Charge untuk office supplies, pantry, cleaner, penyelenggaraan peralatan (aircond, wifi, photostet machine dll) serta berurusan dengan kontraktor berkaitan keperluan pejabat.
- Menguruskan hal ehwal hostel untuk staf.
- Melaksanakan tugasan ad-hoc yang diberikan oleh pihak pengurusan dari masa ke semasa.
**2. PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PA)**
- Menguruskan jadual harian CEO/Executive Chairman (meeting, appointment, deadlines etc)
- Menyediakan laporan atau dokumen penting untuk pihak pengurusan.
- Person in Charge sebagai pengantara pihak atasan dengan staf.
**KELAYAKAN**:
- Diploma/Ijazah dalam bidang Kesetiausahaan/Pentadbiran Perniagaan atau yang berkaitan.
- Mahir dalam Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Kemahiran komunikasi (lisan & tulisan) yang baik dalam Bahasa Melayu & Bahasa Inggeris.
- Mampu bekerja dengan deadline, multitasking, dan menjaga kerahsiaan.
- Berpenampilan profesional dan mempunyai sikap proaktif.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
Expected Start Date: 05/10/2025
