- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

- Possess good communication skills
- To assist in managing the quotation, invoices and delivery orders with customers
- Responsible to provide sales administration support to the sales team
- To assist in answering sales queries from customers
- Sales achievement report
- Follow up sales costing and issuing of PO
- As first-level assistance in HR & Finance documentation approval and workflow

**Salary**: From RM2,400.00 per month
