**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **General Administration**: Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- **HRD Corp (HRDC) Administration**: Handle HRDC-related submissions, claims, and program approvals.
- **Finance (Basic Support)**:Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and purchase orders. (PR & PO issuance)

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration, HRDC coordination, or office support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in marketing coordination or digital marketing tools (Canva, social media platforms, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
