**We're Hiring: E-Commerce Manager**

We’re on the lookout for a **proactive and strategic E-Commerce Manager** to oversee and grow our **TikTok, Shopee, and Website** sales channels. In this role, you'll play a key part in boosting online visibility, improving conversion rates, and increasing revenue. If you have a flair for digital commerce, content strategy, and live selling, this could be the perfect fit

**Main Responsibilities**:

- **Design and implement a robust e-commerce growth plan** in line with company goals and direction.
- **Lead TikTok and Shopee live commerce efforts**, including managing schedules, planning engaging topics, interacting with audiences, and setting up product showcases.
- **Generate creative concepts and content strategies** for TikTok and other social platforms.
- **Manage and supervise all live broadcast sessions**, ensuring smooth operations and professional delivery.
- Prepare **detailed live stream scripts and segment flows** that effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- **Track live stream analytics and performance data**, offering insights and suggestions for ongoing improvements.
- **Develop advertising campaigns** for all platforms
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to **plan promotions, generate content, and resolve any live session challenges**.
- **Lead and motivate the team** to meet monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in a similar role.
- Can converese in **Bahasa Malaysia**.
- Strong understanding of **TikTok and Shopee platforms and tools**.
