**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Market Research & Strategy Development**
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, competitor strategies, and target clients.
- Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to the company’s goals, with a focus on increasing market share and exploring untapped market segments.
- Analyze project feasibility, including cost analysis and risk assessment, to propose potential business ventures.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the property development and project management sectors.
- Identify client needs and provide solutions by leveraging the company’s expertise in project management consulting and property development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.

**Project Acquisition & Proposal Development**
- Identify and pursue new projects by networking, attending industry events, and collaborating with other teams to understand project viability.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, bids, and contracts that align with company capabilities and client requirements.
- Develop presentations and proposals that highlight the company's unique value proposition, service offerings, and project success stories.

**Partnerships & Networking**
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with contractors, architects, financial institutions, and other industry professionals to enhance business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the company’s visibility and influence within the market.

**Sales & Revenue Generation**
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by identifying and securing profitable projects in project management and property development.
- Track and report sales metrics, project pipelines, and revenue forecasts to management.

**Internal Collaboration & Coordination**
- Work closely with the project management and development teams to align business development goals with operational capabilities.
- Provide insights to internal teams regarding client feedback, project requirements, and emerging trends to support continuous improvement.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Development / Property Investment etc
- Minimum 8 - 15 years experience in real estate/property development industries
- Hands-on experience in marketing planning & strategies
- Able to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Good writing skills in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
