**About Our Client**
Our client is a multifaceted conglomerate with a diversified portfolio spanning construction, engineering, marketing, and advertising. Acting as a strategic business partner to its subsidiaries, the company drives synergy through shared expertise, ensuring seamless, high-quality delivery across industries.

**Job Scope**:

- Manage and coordinate BIM projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and update BIM models and asset data for hand-over.
- Perform clash detection and support design coordination meetings.
- Prepare and review technical drawings according to project standards.
- Maintain BIM libraries, documentation, and workflows to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet project objectives.
- Support BIM process improvement and training initiatives.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of CAD/BIM experience in E&M or Building Services projects.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Fuzor, ArchiCAD, and BIM360; knowledge of 5D BIM is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative with a strong learning attitude.
