Receptionist Admin Executive

Jobscope:
- Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the clinic in its day-to-day operation
- Handle employee disciplinary issues and grievances, provide advice, counseling or disciplinary action in accordance with company policy, escalate issue to Management as needed.
- Perform front desk duties such as registration, appointment, billing, answer phone calls
- Managing stock and inventory
- Interpret and implement approved company policy and procedure consistently and fairly
- Oversee the smooth functioning and operations of the clinic
- Perform ad hoc task as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Able to speak fluent Malay and English
- Positive attitude with pleasant personality
- Ability to multi-task and have attention to detail
- Able to motivate other staff, have the passion and drive to grow together with the team
- Minimum diploma and above
- Able to work on weekend
- 6 working days
- Fresh graduates (with or without related experience)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
