Maintain the overall service attitude in all outlet and franchises.
- Ensure the cleanliness of all outlet and franchises.
- Ensure the goods is sufficient in all outlet.
- Responsible in order goods if not sufficient.
- Arrange small cash change and calculate settlement amount.
- Responsible to resolve customer complaints.
- Maintains retail staff by counselling, disciplining employees, and monitoring.
- Regularly motivate retailers to meet good sales target.
- Train & supervise outlet and franchise staff to meet company requirements.
- Assist in interviewing new retail staff
- Provide new plan to increase sales of the outlet.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
