**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Agriculture, Plantation, Animal Science or related field
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
- Good environmental knowledge
- Strong operational, maintenance, leadership, management, finance and budgeting skills
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in farm and plantation management
- To supervise the daily activities of the staff members and general workers, maintaining a sufficient workforce for the smooth operation of the Agriculture Park
- To coordinate the procurement process to ensure timely restocking of supplies necessary for the seamless operation of the farm
- To coordinate various activities within the Agriculture Park, including practical classes, research, events and partnerships with external organizations, following the Agriculture Park Chairman's directives
- To collaborate with Agriculture Park management committee and IPSR staff to efficiently prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget for Agriculture Park
- To manage marketing and sales of products produced on the Agriculture Park
- To contribute to the training of new team members to ensure a skilled and capable workforce
- Any other tasks as assigned by the University from time to time
