**Job Overview**
You will play a key role in crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our innovative IT solutions. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience across all our products.

**Main responsibilities**
Duties and responsibilities include but are not necessarily limited to:

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable design solutions.
- Conduct user research, analyse data, and utilize user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts.
- Design user interfaces that are user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and consistent with our brand identity.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- Maintain a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in a similar IT environment (at least 2 years).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UI/UX design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
