**Responsibilities Job Description**
- Preventive Maintenance - To execute/supervise other third-party vendors for Routine maintenance servicing / Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) as per schedule, fill out PPM checklist, notify superior of any sign of deterioration/abnormalities, compile and submit PM checklist to Facility Supervisor after work is completed for work order closing.
- Corrective Maintenance - Manage complaints/requests to the superior, receive work orders from the superior, plan and execute work. Attend to related requests to the complaints/requests from end users, perform corrective maintenance and get verification from end users/clients for completed work orders and submit to the superior for work order closing.
- Familiar and able to operate and troubleshoot related building mechanical equipment (ACSU, FCU, VRV/VRF, Fire Protection System, Mechanical Fan, Plumbing System, Pumps System, LPG system, etc).
- Familiar and able to troubleshoot related building electrical systems (single phase wiring, three phase wiring, etc).
- Able to perform basic handyman work (replacing doorknob, painting, etc).
- Safety, Health and Environment - Assure safe, healthy and efficient operation of equipment and working environment. Inspect internal tools / PPE and external subcontractor tools / PPE and inspect work practices before proceeding with the work.
- To identify and notify the superior of parts/materials needed for purchase for use on maintenance works.
- Verify Work Order (WO) upon job completion and ensure that the WO is acknowledged and signed by the requester.
- To inform the superior of any Variation Order (VO) opportunity and assist the superior with the VO preparation work.
- To take care of the tools provided by the company and notify the superior of any tools required for performing maintenance activities as well as faulty/missing tools.
- Assist in Fire Evacuation Drills and other Fire Safety Activities.
- To ensure and perform necessary housekeeping activities at all respective work areas.
- To obey and implement the rules & regulations at all times, company rules/regulations and comply with the authority’s regulations while performing operation & maintenance activities.
- To provide full support, work as a team, maintain self-motivation, keep a healthy environment and avoid any provocation or confrontation that will affect employees’ motivation and operation.
- To always alert and respond, attend, rectify and update to superior for any On Call for emergency event.
- To perform other related functions and activities as assigned/directed by the company.
- Commitment to a safe work environment and safety.
- Other duties may be assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Technical Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical or any equivalent. Minimum SPM or SPM(V) certificate.
- Total Work Experience: 2 to 5 years
- Familiar with building and warehouse facilities management.
- Experience in ACSU, FCU, VRV/VRF, Fire Protection System, Mechanical Fan, Plumbing System, Pumps System, LPG system, etc.
