Job Description A Telemarketing Executive will have the necessary customer service, marketing, and communication skills to confidently pitch our products or services. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales. Responsibilities and Duties Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service. Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs. Understand the customer's requirements and offer product or services accordingly. Updating customers' details on our database, and then sharing this information with staff. Conducting customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers. Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs Coordinate between technical team and customer in scheduling product demonstration on proposed product. Scheduled meetings and notifies the appropriate department. To follow up on leads and contacts given by HOD for meetings and appointments. Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months to 1 years of work experience in similar role is preferred. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer services skills. Proficient in Malay and English is a MUST. Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
