**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced and people-centric **Lead, People & Culture** to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions and administrative operations. This includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, industrial relations, infrastructure management, and policy compliance.

This is a strategic and operational leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving people-focused initiatives, managing union relations, and improving organizational performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end People & Culture operations, including recruitment, L&D, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
- Lead administration, infrastructure, and workplace services for the site.
- Handle union matters and act as key liaison for grievance resolution and collective agreements.
- Advise line managers and leaders on HR policies, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
- Drive employee engagement programs and support a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, GMP, and internal governance standards.
- Collaborate with Group HR on strategic alignment and policy rollout.
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets and resources.
- Support top management during audits, stakeholder visits, and government engagements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a unionized or industrial setting.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Solid knowledge of the Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Experienced in handling full-spectrum HR responsibilities and infrastructure management.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRMS systems.
