Provide first-line support, including basic troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalations.
- Perform system updates, backups, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor system performance and IT dashboard.
- Maintain and create knowledgebase documentation user guide, technical issues and solutions for reference.
- Assist in system setup and configuration for a new computer
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members.
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior or team leader from time to time.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
