**Who are we looking for?**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively plan, develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns across digital platforms including Facebook, Google, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok whilst ensuring the marketing strategies execution are in line with Company’s objectives, brands positioning consistency, leveraging content, paid marketing and SEO for organic growth, and work collaboratively with content creations team in aiming to deliver high-quality digital assets.
- Actively optimize digital marketing performance by strategizing, executing, and continuously refining marketing campaigns to enhance Company’s brand awareness among targeted market, generation of high volume qualified leads, and conversions, aiming precise audience targeting, efficient resources utilization, and ad creative optimization across Company’s digital platforms while improving the ROI.
- Independently take initiative to proactively and regularly track, analyze, evaluate and submit informational report on marketing performance by setting up and managing tracking tools, monitoring key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, conducting A/B testing for campaign optimization, and providing insightful reports with recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness from time to time.
- To efficiently engage and grow strong relationships among internal and external stakeholders involved whilst providing strategic recommendations in ensuring campaign success and ensure precise alignment of marketing strategies with Company’s objectives, informative campaign performance updates, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- To efficiently enhance SEO strategies in continuously improving organic traffic and website rankings by optimizing content, conducting keyword research, and staying updated with search engine algorithm changes.
- To efficiently strategize, set up, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition while ensuring effective audience targeting and budget allocation.
- To perform keyword research using effective marketing tools, actively execute competitor analysis to enhance ad targeting, optimize ad spend in ensuring campaigns remain competitive with high cost-efficiency.
- To consistently handle and monitor whilst proactively adjusting marketing campaigns in accordance to its performance by efficiently analyzing marketing KPIs including ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions, refining bidding strategies, and improving creative assets to maximize ROI.
- To consistently manage the latest digital marketing tracking tools including Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel, and UTM parameters to optimize accurate performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
- To perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign efficiency whilst continuously improving higher conversion rates.
- Regularly submit performance reports including insights and marketing strategic recommendations for continuous digital marketing optimization.
**Requirements**:
- Possessed undergraduate degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or professional certifications accredited by Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or any relevant major would be an advantage.
- Has proven experience in digital marketing in consultancy or services industry, with a strong expertise in strategizing and executing paid advertising campaigns across Company’s digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok, and others.
