**Daily Task**
- Perform tasks assigned by the Operation Manager.
- To monitor & update 4PL staff Daily Attendance, M/C, A/L, Abs, Lateness, etc.
- To monitor transport or deliveries matter.
- To update & follow up on all POD return, planned GRN Return & unplanned GRN return by TN until complete, and send out report to Lee’s Team & Supply Chain Department daily.
- To check and agree with TN’s presence by providing the correct reason for all returns (before voucher is issued)
- POD & GRN matters reporting directly to Operation Manager.
- To handle 4PL filling.
- Assist to report and assist in all warehouse activities.
- Assist to monitor daily Operation matters within Internal & External Organization.
- Assist to monitor internal 4PL, Administration, Butchery department & Lees Logistic.
- Assist to ensure all documents such as (Lees Invoices, GRN & TNTT POD) return & in order.
- Assist to ensure all documents such as (TRF, Customize orders, Yield Report, KPI & SOP) in order.
- Assist to ensure all Lees staff adhere to Company Policy & Food Industries Regulation practices (Food Act 1983).
- Assist to ensure Lees Logistic, truck on time of maintenance services & inspection.
- Assist to communicate with Lees Head Quarters within department (Account / Supply Chain / Product Development / Sales, Human Resource, Marketing, Procurement & Customer Service).
- Keep Track of Basic Disciplinary Regulations.
- Assist to follow up on delivery status.
- To ensure Weekly Physical count request completed on time (ie. 20 SKU’s)
- To ensure all relevant documents (Butchery, 4PL KPI, Finance daily & Monthly) reporting deliver on time to Lee’s respective department as schedule.
- To prepare control document for send to HQ
- Monitor Daily GRN return from 3PL & Lee’s HQ GRN Issuance.
- To send out weekly GRN & POD Report to TN

**Weekly Task**
- Monitor Daily GRN return from 3PL & Lee’s HQ GRN Issuance.
- To send out weekly GRN Report to TN
- To send out weekly POD Report to TN

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
