Customer Service Assistant

**Authority**
1. To prepare quotation, delivery orders and invoices.
**Responsibility**
1. Process work order request by customer.
2. Issue Invoice, Credit Note and Debit note to customers.
3. To assist in handling Oracle System (update ETA, Acknowledgement, create ASN label for delivery).
4. To assist in record and update daily sales listing.
5. File backup by weekly and housekeeping in UBS system.
6. To assist in replenishment contract module from customer.
7. To assist in liaise with our main customer and others customer.
8. Preparing for delivery including sticker requirement for packaging.
Filling work orders after completed delivery, customers’ Purchase Order, and Quotation in the Master List compliance with ISO standard.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
