Customer Service:

- Greet customers as they enter the retail in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Assist customers in finding products, providing product information, and suggesting complementary items.
- Respond to customer inquiries and create positive shopping experience for customer.
- Process payment transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer exchanges and returns following established guidelines

Product Knowledge:

- Develop a deep understanding of the products, including features, benefits, and usage.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and special offers to provide accurate information to customers.

Merchandising and Inventory:

- Assist in stocking shelves, racks, and displays with merchandise.
- Ensure products are neatly arranged and properly tagged with accurate pricing information.
- Monitor and replenish inventory levels to prevent stock outs.
- Conduct periodic inventory counts and assist with restocking orders.

Visual Merchandising:

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail's interior and exterior.
- Regularly dust, sweep, mop, and clean display areas to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Keep customer areas clean and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with the team to set up eye-catching displays and window arrangements.
- Assist in arranging products according to established visual guidelines to enhance the retail's aesthetic appeal.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with fellow retail assistants and other team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless teamwork.

Cash Handling and Reporting:

- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely, following proper cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain records of daily sales, returns, and exchanges as required.
- Assist in reconciling the cash register at the end of each shift.

Health and Safety:

- Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Report any safety hazards, incidents, or concerns to the Supervisor.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
