**Position: Sales Support | Sales Associate**
As a Sales Support | Sales Associate at Tri I Concept Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in providing clerical and organizational support to the sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their needs.
- Successfully match customer's requirements to propose solutions.
- Preparing pricing documentation and proposals for customers.
- Track orders, process paperwork and maintain customer database.
- Ensure products or services are delivered on-time.
- Update sales & customer records and generate monthly sales report.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Provide administrative, operational and analytical assistance to the sales team.
- Supporting Sales Manager in sales strategy related matters.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concept in an easy to understand manner.
- Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa and Chinese.
- Excellence skills in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through walk-in, networking & social media.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
