Job Summary:
A treasury Accountant play a critical role in managing the company’s cash flow, ensuring accurate financial records, and optimizing liquidity. They are responsible for tracking, maintaining, and overseeing the Treasury function of a business' banking accounts. They need to keep track of multiple accounts associated with the business, and requires making payments due to other parties

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage the company’s cash position to meet operational needs.
- Prepare and execute cash forecasting.
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
- Processing foreign currency payments
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Analyze and optimize cash management processes for efficiency.
- Responsible for daily accounting for treasury activity including daily bank reconciliations and account clearance.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and system integrity, escalating any foreseeable issues or opportunities for improvement to management where required
- Support the month-end process where necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Proven experience in treasury management or related financial roles.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of the broader team.
- Appropriate handling of sensitive information
- Strong experience with accounting software, SAP would be an advantage.
- Team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple parties.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
