Job brief: We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting Sales Representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good Customer relationships. The Customer Service Representative's responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction. To be a successful Sales Coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Responsibilities: - Handle Customer’s enquiries in timely and professional manner; informing them delivery dates and delays if any - Ensuring Customer’s Request for a Quote (RFQ) documents and details are correct and up to date - Submitting RFQ after obtaining pricing from Sales Representatives - Following up of submitted RFQ and ensuring orders received have the correct price and details - Releasing PO and drawing to Planning - Liaise with relevant departments (eg. Sales, Planning and etc) in response to Customer’s enquiries - Take ownership of Customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution - Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions Requirements and skills: - Proven working experience as a Sales Coordinator - Proficiency in English - Experience in ERP system is preferred - Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines - STPM or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
