As an Account Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Customer Support: Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Account Management: Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, client feedback, and service performance.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand services and enhance client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prefer at least 2 years of experience in customer service or account management roles.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (i.e. Chinese language) is a plus;
- Attributes: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
