A **House Private Chef** is a professional chef who works for a private household, preparing meals according to the specific preferences and dietary needs of **the family** (5 adults & 1 kid) they serve. The role typically involves not only cooking but also planning menus, shopping for ingredients, and maintaining the kitchen.

**Job Scope**:
1. **Menu Planning and Customization**:

- **Personalized Menus**: Developing tailored menus based on the preferences
- **Seasonal and Special Menus**: Planning menu for any special holidays, or celebrations.
- **Dietary Requirements**: Understanding and working with any special diets

2. **Grocery Shopping and Inventory Management**:

- **Ingredient Procurement**: Shopping for fresh, high-quality ingredients
- **Inventory Management**: Keeping track of pantry stock, ingredients, and kitchen supplies
- **Budgeting**: Managing the food budget and keeping costs.

3. **Cooking and Preparation**:

- **Meal Preparation**: Cooking breakfast, lunch, dinner, and sometimes snacks, according to the planned menu.

4. **Kitchen Maintenance**:

- **Cleaning and Organization**: Ensuring the kitchen is clean, organized, and maintained.
- **Food Safety**: Adhering to food safety standards, including proper storage, handling.
- **Stock Rotation**: Ensuring ingredients are used before they expire

5. **Client Interaction and Preferences**:

- **Family Interaction**: Regularly communicating with the family & adjusting meals based on evolving tastes.
- **Meal Timing**: Scheduling meals according to the family’s routine

6. **Maintaining Privacy and Discretion**:

- **Confidentiality**: Maintaining discretion and privacy regarding the personal lives
- **Trustworthiness**: Maintaining a professional relationship and keeping household matters private.

**Job Requirement**:

- **Qualification**: Good knowledge of cooking techniques, multi race cuisines, and food presentation.
- **Exeperience**: A qualified chef in any hospitality industry/ restaurant/ hotel.
- **Organization**: Managing a kitchen, meal plans, and schedules efficiently.
- **Time Management**: Cooking and preparing meals on time, especially when handling multiple meals.

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
