**Overseeing Housekeeping Operations**:

- Manage and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Coordinate room cleaning schedules, ensuring timely turnaround for guest rooms and public areas.

**Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff.
- Ensure that team members follow proper procedures and maintain high levels of service and cleanliness.
- Schedule shifts and manage staff workloads to meet operational needs.

**Inventory and Supplies Management**:

- Monitor and manage the inventory of housekeeping supplies and linens.
- Ensure that stock levels of cleaning agents, equipment, and linens are maintained and order supplies when necessary.

**Quality Control and Inspections**:

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are upheld.
- Respond to guest complaints related to cleanliness or housekeeping issues, addressing them promptly.

**Budgeting and Cost Control**:

- Oversee the housekeeping department’s budget, ensuring that the department operates within financial guidelines.
- Control expenses related to cleaning products, laundry, and staffing.

**Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that housekeeping staff adhere to health and safety regulations, including the use of cleaning chemicals and proper handling of linen.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability standards (e.g., reducing water and energy consumption).

**Collaboration with Other Departments**:

- Work closely with the front office, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and efficient room turnovers.
- Coordinate with the laundry department to ensure linens and towels are cleaned and delivered on time.

**Guest Satisfaction**:

- Ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet or exceed guest expectations for cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.
- Address special guest requests regarding housekeeping services (e.g., extra towels, specific cleaning requests).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Housekeeping: 10 years (preferred)
- Housekeeping management: 5 years (preferred)
