**Accounting**:

- Maintaining financial records and ledgers.
- Able to learn autocount account and autocount hrms software
- Processing accounts payable (paying bills) and accounts receivable (collecting payments).
- Performing bank reconciliations.
- Generating invoices, debit/credit notes, and receipts.
- Assisting with the preparation of full sets of accounts.
- Handling government matters like EPF, SOCSO, and PCB

**Administration**:

- Performing general office duties, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Answering phone calls and managing correspondences.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Managing internal administrative tasks, such as leave records and staff claims.
- Coordinating office activities and liaising with various departments and service providers.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

**Education**:

- A Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is often required.

**Software Proficiency**:

- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) are essential, and experience with accounting software like Autocount and Autocount HRMS is a plus.

**Soft Skills**:

- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills to liaise with internal staff and external parties.
- **Attention to Detail**: Crucial for accurate financial record-keeping and administrative tasks.
- **Independence and Proactiveness**: Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
