Manager - Personal Financial Services (Digital Marketing & Website)

- Monitor and optimise performance of the campaign using all data source available including publicly available sources.
- Work with internal analytic team and the bank's business intelligence and analytic team to analyse marketing campaigns / digital acquisition initiatives using data available from various sources and prepare report of campaign performance and learnings to improve future campaigns.
- Raise requirements for development & enhancement of online and mobile banking features if they are deemed necessary in driving acquisition / usage.
