**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, monitor, and execute daily production schedules to meet output and quality targets.
- Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and control production processes to reduce downtime, waste, and cost.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, Halal and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with Management teams to support smooth operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and process efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (F&B industry preferred). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Halal and ISO standards.
- Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and production reporting tools.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
