Vietnamese Speaker

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor all vendor payment agreements to find discounts that can be used to reduce invoice amounts
- Process all invoices in accounting system from 3 way matching (verifying purchase orders, good received and invoice) to payment, ensure timely and accurate posting and payment
- Process staff claim by verifying supporting document and staff entitlement, ensure timely and accurate staff disbursement
- Responsible for paying all sales tax on appropriate invoices and making a note of each tax payment made
- Keep track of credits owed to the company and ensure all credits are properly applied to vendor payments
- Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate

**Requirements**:

- Degree certification
- Good command in English and Vietnamese Language
- Willing to be based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia
