**Location - Kuala Lumpur**

**1. Role Summary:

- **
- As an Operations Specialist, you will provide ad-hoc requirement for specialty studies include flow assurance and production chemistry related study. You will provide services to manage, maintain, and inspect chemical tanks, frame, pumps, and chemical containers.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing Field Chemists for the Account, Indirect upselling on Accounts, and providing Customer Service.
- Working together with people from the business unit.
- Standardizing project coordination with internal assembly and customers.
- Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks with some latitude to deviate from those conditions.

**2. Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Have a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, or equivalent
- Demonstrate good experience (at least 5 years of experience) in Upstream Production Chemicals Application
- Have direct experience in Upstream Oil & Gas industry
- Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers
- Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions
- Demonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS Office, PowerPoint and need to be able to understand client’s Production Software
