**Goals Achievements**:

- Oversee project management activities, including the tracking and reporting of overall progress.
- Prepare essential correspondence, design documentation, and comprehensive reports.
- Conduct project briefings, delegate responsibilities, and provide supervision to ensure that tasks align with the established work schedule.
- Address client inquiries professionally, conduct site visits, and meticulously prepare costing, proposals, and quotations in response to client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager and Management.
- Facilitate the submission of detailed reports to HQ (Contract Department) for the preparation of invoices and follow up on payment processes to ensure timely and efficient transactions.
- Any other ad-hoc or special task as assigned by Branch Manager from time to time.

**Requirement**:

- Resides in Penang Island/Penang state
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction or equivalent
- 1-2 years of exposure and working experience as Project Executive or equivalent.
- Experience in Construction or related industries are strongly preferred.
- General interest in waterproofing specialization.
- Communicate effectively with Management and all other levels of employees.
- Must be familiar and experts with computer systems and software's i.e. Microsoft, AutoCAD.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
