Kami sedang mencari seorang **Project & Tender Executive** yang **tegas, berdisiplin, bijak menyelesaikan masalah serta proaktif memberi cadangan baharu** demi kemajuan syarikat. Individu ini perlu mempunyai pengalaman dalam mengurus projek di site serta mahir dalam pencarian tender & projek baharu.

Sebagai syarikat yang masih baru dan sedang berkembang, kami perlukan seseorang yang boleh **bekerja berdikari, berfikiran strategik, dan membantu menaikkan sales syarikat** melalui projek serta tender yang berjaya diperoleh.

Responsibilities (Tanggungjawab)
- Menyusun & memantau jadual projek / site harian.
- Mengurus koordinasi dengan vendor, sub-contractor & client.
- Menyediakan laporan projek & memastikan kualiti kerja mengikut standard.
- Mencari tender & projek baharu setiap hari.
- Menyediakan, menyemak & menghantar dokumen tender/quotation.
- Memberi **cadangan strategik & idea baharu** untuk perkembangan syarikat.
- Mengenal pasti peluang untuk meningkatkan **sales & revenue syarikat**.
- Berkomunikasi rapat dengan pihak pengurusan untuk capai KPI & sasaran projek.

Requirements (Kelayakan)
- Diploma / Degree dalam Project Management, Engineering, Business atau setara.
- **2 tahun ke atas pengalaman** dalam projek, tender atau bidang berkaitan.
- Seorang yang **tegas, berdisiplin, bijak menyelesaikan masalah & proaktif**.
- Mempunyai pemikiran kreatif dalam memberi cadangan baharu untuk syarikat.
- Boleh bekerja secara berdikari & berpasukan.
- Mahir komunikasi dalam Bahasa Melayu & Inggeris.
- **Mesti menetap di sekitar Seri Kembangan / Selangor** supaya mudah hadir ke pejabat & site.
- Networking dengan vendor/main contractor adalah kelebihan.

Benefits (Faedah)
- Gaji**:RM2,700 - RM3,000** (bergantung pengalaman).
- Probation: 3 bulan - selepas itu **kenaikan gaji ikut performance & sales contribution**.
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS (selepas confirmation).
- Allowance & claim (travel, phone, site).
- Peluang naik pangkat & berkembang bersama syarikat yang sedang membesar.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
