**Responsibilities**:

- **Live Chat Support**: Engage with customers through live chat, providing them with quick, professional, and friendly assistance.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in real-time.
- **Product Recommendations**: Assist customers by offering suggestions for relevant products and services.
- **Customer Retention**: Provide proactive support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Meet Targets**: Consistently meet and exceed individual KPIs, ensuring high-quality service.
- **Collaboration**: Work with team members to optimize service delivery and achieve collective goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Diploma** in any field.
- **Employment Status**:Unemployed** or a recent graduate eager to jumpstart your career.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in **English** (additional languages are a plus).
- **Customer Service Attitude**: Positive, friendly, and customer-focused.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written communication with the ability to engage customers effectively.
